Spectrum is seeking a dedicated Manager, Supplier Programs to lead the coordination and management of supplier programs within our Procurement Operations Team. You will be the primary contact for supplier engagement, oversee small business participation, and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Your leadership will help strengthen small business capabilities and support organizational goals, making a meaningful difference across our operations.How You’ll Make an ImpactCoordinate and manage supplier engagement to achieve organizational goals with a focus on small business participationDevelop and implement supplier programs that prioritize small business involvement and community-focused sourcingPartner with leadership to identify goals and oversee the execution of supplier programs for strategic outcomesManage processes and controls for accurate reporting of supplier program spending and community activities in Spectrum Procurement SystemsCollaborate with the Procurement Analytics Team to measure, analyze, and report spending and supplier activity organization-wideMonitor supplier performance, program effectiveness, and impact metrics, reporting results to leadershipPropose initiatives for supplier development, including capacity building, mentorship, and networking to enhance small business capabilitiesWorking ConditionsOffice-based environmentTravel required 10-15%What You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience3+ years of supplier program management or related experience3 years of management experience2+ years of data analytics and presentation experienceSkillsProficient in Windows office tools and strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint experienceSuperior organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skillsOutstanding verbal communication, report development, and written presentation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal directionSkilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong customer service orientationPreferred QualificationsExperienceExperience with CPUC GO156 Utilities Annual Supplier Reports and PlansSkillsFamiliarity with local, regional, and national small business support networks and community organizationsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholdersCommitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable sourcing practices#LI-LB1 FSC511 2026-80086 FSC511 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
