About the Role:
Join United Family Services Inc as a Transportation Driver and play a vital role in ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our clients in Little Rock, AR. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and making a difference in the community.

• Transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness for safety and comfort.
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and client information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during transport.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in transportation or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods in Little Rock.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
