Direct Support Professional

Position Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Middletown, DE Responsibilities Provide daily personal and living assistance, including housekeeping, laundry, and daily living activities. Observe residents, review reports, and attend periodic meetings under the supervision of the House Manager. Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their goals. Assist with independence and personal activities to enhance quality of life. Requirements At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Experience in a home health aide or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
