Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement * Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting shoppers. * Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with a positive and professional demeanor. * Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to enhance the shopping experience. Sales & Goal Achievement * Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Actively participate in promoting store promotions and initiatives. Team Collaboration * Collaborate with teammates to overcome challenges and share best practices. * Participate in team meetings, offering ideas and insights to improve store performance.
