Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn a trade, build practical skills, and grow into a long-term career?

Angel Water is looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our warehouse and delivery team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position where you'll start by learning our warehouse operations, assisting with local salt deliveries, organizing equipment and inventory, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the department.

For the right person, this can be more than just a general labor job. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members and gradually develop skills related to water treatment equipment, system assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service work.

Our goal is to find someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable hands-on skills. As you learn and demonstrate your abilities, there may be opportunities to take on more technical responsibilities and potentially advance into roles such as a Water Treatment Service Technician or other skilled positions within Angel Water.

No previous water treatment experience is required. We can teach the technical side—we're looking for someone with the right work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Learn the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and water treatment business
• Load, unload, lift, and carry heavy salt bags
• Complete local salt deliveries to residential and commercial customers
• Unbox, organize, label, and put away equipment and parts
• Assist with inventory counts and keeping materials properly stocked
• Keep the warehouse, work areas, and delivery vehicles clean and organized
• Assist drive-thru customers
• Take out trash, recycling, and discarded materials
• Help sort returned water treatment equipment and reusable components
• Operate a forklift
• Follow assigned delivery routes and complete stops on time
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Learn basic water treatment equipment and components
• Learn additional technical and hands-on skills as you progress
• Assist with other warehouse and general labor responsibilities as needed

Previous warehouse, delivery, mechanical, plumbing, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on experience is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry heavy salt bags throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and delivery environments
• Reliable transportation to work
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday
• Every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Paid vacation after 1 year
• Health benefits eligible after 60 days
• 401(k) eligible after 6 months
