Job Description A Journeyman I&E - Analyzer Technician will support and execute the safe, quality, and efficient completion of various instrumentation and electrical maintenance activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the disassembly, repair, testing, troubleshooting, analysis, calibration, and installation of instrumentation and electrical equipment used to control, regulate, and monitor plant processes. Qualification Highlights
Work Environment Work will be performed at the Cheniere Corpus Christi LNG Facility in Gregory, Texas. Employees will be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, cold, and wind. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors, in confined spaces, elevated locations, and around operating equipment. Employees will be required to wear appropriate PPE, including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, flame-resistant clothing (FRC), gloves, respirators as required, and steel-toed work boots. Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment and comply with all site-specific safety requirements. Applicants must successfully complete all required site onboarding, background screening, and drug and alcohol testing requirements as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, calibrating, and installing instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Maintaining pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Maintaining and repairing control valves and associated components.
- Diagnosing and repairing motors, motor control circuits, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Working with low- and high-pressure tubing and piping systems.
- Maintaining analyzers and associated process measurement equipment.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, permits, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Providing support services such as fire watch, hole watch, bottle watch, light equipment/vehicle operation, material kitting and delivery, and general housekeeping.
- Assisting other crafts when instrumentation and electrical work is not actively being performed.
Qualification Highlights
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to work up to seven (7) days per week as required.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, call-outs, shift work, and weekends as needed.
- Must be capable of working under the direction of a Leadman and supervision of a Foreman.
- Must be experienced with or capable of successfully completing all required training and qualifications necessary to perform and oversee safety-sensitive work activities, including:
- Hot Work
- Confined Space Entry
- Fresh Air Work
- Must be experienced with and/or capable of using all tools, equipment, and apparatus required to safely perform instrumentation and electrical maintenance activities.
- Must be able to read, understand, and comply with work permits, safety procedures, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Must successfully complete the Short Service Employee (SSE) Program, if applicable.
- Will be expected to assist other crafts when not actively performing instrumentation and electrical activities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous analyzer maintenance experience in an LNG, petrochemical, refining, or industrial facility.
- Experience calibrating and troubleshooting process instrumentation and analyzers.
- Strong understanding of process control equipment and systems.
- Previous maintenance experience in an operating facility environment.
