Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Missoula, MT

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:30

Job Description: Join a leading healthcare organization at our acute care facility. This Joint Commission Accredited teaching hospital is recognized for its pediatric services and offers a dedicated level 3 NICU, along with comprehensive transport services through our partnership with Life Flight Network. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Med/Surg telemetry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Manage NG tube placement and maintenance, Foley catheter insertion and care, and chest tube management.
• Utilize Cerner EHR for documenting patient care.
• Assess and manage common diagnoses including small bowel obstructions, diabetic complications, acute kidney injuries, pneumonia, and sepsis.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Associates degree or higher).
