Role Responsibilities Drives sales in assigned territory Engages with customers face to face and virtually Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact Builds rapport and relationships in live/virtual settings; uses judgment and digital tools to maintain customer engagement Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities Compliantly leverages product and disease‑state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded/branded value and uses approved clinically oriented disease‑state information and patient resources Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives Completes administrative expectations on time and compliantly Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Sales/Promotional Activity, small business/entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/Pharmacist/PT/OT), educator, or full‑time military experience OR associate’s degree with 6+ years experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years relevant experience Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical‑related marketing Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; communication; teamwork, leadership, accountability Experience with applicable disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets Reside within territory boundaries Benefits 401(k) with Pfizer matching and additional retirement savings contribution paid vacation/holidays/personal days caregiver/parental and medical leave health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
