Warehouse Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical work, able to follow safety guidelines, and willing to learn company systems and processes. This role is essential to ensuring that products are accurately prepared, inspected, and shipped to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Stand for extended periods while performing warehouse tasks.
• Follow established safety practices and serve as an example for others.
• Perform accurate picking, packing, and inventory handling.
• Enter data and update records using warehouse systems.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed based on business demands.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills with quick recall of multiplication tables.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• General computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Flexibility and teamwork mindset.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–2 years of prior warehouse or packing experience.
• Familiarity with product identifiers such as SKUs, UPCs, and model numbers.

Training Provided:

• Workplace safety practices.
• Use of internal warehouse software.
• Product identification (SKU, UPC, model #, and descriptions).
• Procedures for identifying damages, defects, and expirations.
