Warehouse Associate

Competitive wage, full benefits package, 401k with company match, and PTO package This role will be primarily responsible for Warehouse Associate duties and responsibilities while fulfilling the requirements of the Delivery Driver role as needed. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming products in the warehouse. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment. Maintain inventory and ensure products are stored in the correct locations. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items as needed. Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment. Must be able to utilize an ERP computer system when needed. Delivery Driver Responsibilities (as needed): Delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner Making inner store product transfers along with outside customer job site deliveries Assisting in the warehouse where necessary Loading and unloading trucks Receiving and shipping Putting up stock Pulling orders Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required) Previous delivery and warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more). Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role primarily is spent in a warehouse environment with delivery driving (as needed). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
