Location: Hybrid - 4 Days onsite - Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 1-year contract

Pay Rate: $36.90/hr.

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. This role involves coordinating projects, working cross-functionally, and engaging with nearly every area of the studio's business. The position requires working on-site Monday through Thursday, with the option for remote work on Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organize and manage team data.
• Contribute to event planning and execution.
• Participate in process management and the coordination of team initiatives.
• Handle invoice processing and inventory management.
• Provide on-site support for studio team members, including resource allocation and event setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with process mapping.
• Deliver organized and concise updates and reports as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience coordinating projects in a corporate environment.
• General understanding of project management fundamentals, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to plan, execute, and assist with operational projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Monday.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, action-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Adaptable and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile.
• Experience as an active video game player across various genres, particularly Mobile.
