Cross-training builds a versatile hospital skillset, and structured onboarding, CEU reimbursement, and long-term leadership pathways round it out. - Acute care at a mission-driven non-profit hospital

- Medically complex caseload: neuro, ortho, trauma, ICU, post-op
- $7,500 sign-on bonus plus student loan assistance and relocation support
- PSLF eligible
- ~10 patients/day, 1:1 treatment blocks, no productivity quotas
- Flexible scheduling, light weekend rotation, 20 days PTO
