Bank Midwest is seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator for our Fairmont, Minnesota market.

The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for developing new business, building relationships with referral sources, structuring loans to qualify for secondary marketing, and preparation of HELOCs.

Originators will need to develop a strong knowledge and background in Mortgage lending, be able to determine optimal products and promotions to meet client needs, work closely with Mortgage Administrative team to resolve questions or problems as they arise and grow the business opportunities through prospecting and development of new referral sources.
