HVAC Lead Installer

What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and indoor air quality products Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Train and mentor installation helpers and junior installers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Complete job documentation accurately and on time What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead installation jobs independently Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and local codes Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Certification preferred What We Offer $40–$50 per hour based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Consistent work schedule with no seasonal layoffs Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company vehicle for qualified candidates Ongoing training and career development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Ballard?
