, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents improve their mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities include: Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their functional goals Monitor and document resident progress Communicate changes and progress with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Contribute to a positive, collaborative rehab environment What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible

Ohio PTA license New graduates are welcome to apply SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required Experience with

Net Health
