RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical) GT/TRACH/VENT Agency: BrightStar Care of Richmond Location: Richmond, VA Position Type: Full Time - hourly Req ID: 2706702 Job Description LPN Licensed Practical or RN Registered Nurse with GT/TRACH/VENT experience is required for home care positions. The role involves providing skilled nursing care in the client’s home, including wound care, infusion therapy, bowel and bladder care, trach/vent and adult total care with PEG tube feeding. Administer home infusions with ACC lines, infusion documentation, lab draws via PICC line and elastomeric pump use. Provide bowel and bladder care including bowel stimulation, catheter care and HS care in Chesterfield, Midlothian and Moseley. Deliver trach/vent care, total adult care with PEG tube feeding and O2 therapy from Monday to Thursday for 11 hours or Saturday for 4 hours, with weekly and PRN needs; may share partial shifts in Midlothian. Qualifications Unencumbered license as an RN or LPN in the state where care is being provided. At least one year of nursing experience. Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray. Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance. Strong clinical skills and ability to work with little supervision. Good English communication skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
