We aim to be our customers' most valuable supplier - and we believe our employees are the key to making that happen.About the RoleThe Part-Time Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating a refrigerated box truck and delivering fresh floral products to customers throughout the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre region and surrounding areas. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining product quality, and providing an exceptional customer experience.What You'll Do• Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fresh flowers and floral products to customers within a 125-mile radius of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area • Provide professional and courteous customer service while building positive customer relationships • Load and unload products while maintaining product quality and organization • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure equipment is in safe working condition • Follow assigned routes and use GPS/navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulationsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role requires the ability to work in a warehouse and refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) and to lift, carry, and move products up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. The position also requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing in and out of a box truck, and extended driving periods. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Compensation & Benefits (What's in it for you)The expected hourly rate for this position is listed above. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, employees may be eligible to participate in our quarterly safety incentive program, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,500 annually.
