The Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential daily care and companionship to elderly or disabled individuals, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through emotional support and engaging conversation.
Household Support: Perform light housekeeping and assist with nutritious meal preparation.
Health Maintenance: Provide timely medication reminders and monitor client well-being.
Requirements
Certification: Active California HCA Registration (Required).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Traits: A compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and a professional work ethic.
