Insurance Broker

De La Fuente Insurance is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Insurance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families understand their insurance options and select coverage that meets their needs and budget. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs. Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes. Explain plan benefits, costs, networks, and coverage details. Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and required documentation. Maintain accurate client records and follow up throughout the enrollment process. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Generate leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach. Stay informed about insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry regulations. Provide excellent service before, during, and after enrollment. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of insurance sales or brokerage experience. Active insurance license in Texas. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with the ability to evaluate coverage options and match policies to client needs. Foundational knowledge of Finance and Retirement Planning to support clients with long-term financial protection and future planning. Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build trust-based client relationships. Relevant state insurance licenses (or eligibility to obtain them within a defined timeframe) and understanding of regulatory requirements. Proven sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in developing and managing a client portfolio. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and follow-through on client requests. Comfort working on-site in the Greater Laredo Area and engaging with local clients and community partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
