A General Manager to oversee office operations, manage team objectives, and support customer relationship activities. This position focuses on maintaining effective processes and coordinating team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily business functions and ensure operational consistency.
• Coach team members on performance goals and customer service standards.
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives.
• Take responsibility for team meeting agency objectives.
• Maintain compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Must be licensed with Florida 2-20 and 2-15 or equivalent
• State Farm experience minimum 5 years
