Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify and understand each client’s mental health needs, utilizing standardized measures and clinical interviewing techniques. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, client strengths, and achievable goals, adapting approaches as needed based on ongoing evaluations. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or other relevant modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns. \n
- Deliver individual and family counseling, facilitating open discussions and guiding clients through their challenges with empathy and professionalism. \n
- Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to comprehensive patient care, contributing to case discussions and implementing feedback from peers. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that all documentation reflects best practices in therapeutic care. \n
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards within the practice, including maintaining your licensure and engaging in continuous professional development for personal and organizational growth. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your approach will be guided by cultural competence and a commitment to providing inclusive, client-centered care that respects and acknowledges each client's unique background and circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program. \n
- Active and current LMFT licensure in Pennsylvania. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling or therapy. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a history of innovative treatment planning. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic rapport and trust with clients. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
