Quality Data Specialist

Transforming complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights, the full-time Quality Data Specialist will collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics while supporting value-based care initiatives in a hybrid work environment in Springfield, MA. Key responsibilities: Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret clinical, quality, operational, and financial data from various sources Develop and present standard and complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality improvement, or clinical data analysis Strong knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and performance improvement principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Midas+ Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare data sources
