TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Contact Center Support Representative III to join a customer-focused team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support through inbound and outbound phone interactions. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience while resolving concerns, answering questions, and recommending additional products or services when appropriate.

Training

• Tentative Start Date: November 22, 2026

• Duration: 7 Days

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Production Schedule

Part-Time Hours

• Monday-Friday

• 9:00 AM-1:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Assist customers with order placement, account inquiries, and product-related questions.

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and company policies.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that meet customer needs.

• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude during every interaction.

• Accurately document customer conversations and update records within company systems.

• Demonstrate urgency and attention to detail when responding to customer requests.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations.

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 6 months of customer service experience, either in person or in a call center environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.

• Experience using phone systems, customer databases, or CRM software is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evening hours when needed.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while handling customer interactions.

• Ability to read, write, and respond to email correspondence.

• Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment throughout the workday.
