Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician I Location: San Francisco, CA 94133 Shift: 8AM - 5PM Mon - Fri Responsibilities Perform maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair. Perform basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks). Perform technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc. Inspect products for correct operation, resolve noted issues and/or escalating according to established procedures. Prioritize and plan service calls. Work within a team environment, complete all required paperwork, manage, and maintain service parts inventory. Contact the customer with the estimated time of arrival. Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. Follow key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility. What you bring Have technical interest and aptitude. Strong customer focus. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Be a self-starter. Requirements High school Diploma (or equivalent). Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements. Successfully complete background check and drug screening. Drive your personal vehicle for the first 90 days to job sites (mileage will be reimbursed). Physical & Technical Requirements Have a valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company-required standards. Ability to successfully pass background and drug testing. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters within and around the equipment. Familiarity with computers and a variety of consumer communications devices, such as smartphones. Travel to/from assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather. Service experience or electro mechanical experience is a plus. You will be driving your personal vehicle the first 90 days of the apprentice program to multiple job sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
