Tax Specialist

We're recruiting for an experienced Tax Specialist to join a client on an immediate contract basis. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who can step into a fast-moving environment, take ownership of key tax responsibilities, and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with sales and use tax along with a solid understanding of general corporate tax and tax compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support sales and use tax compliance, reporting, and related activities
  
• Assist with corporate tax matters and ongoing tax requirements
  
• Prepare and review tax-related schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
  
• Research and resolve sales and use tax questions and discrepancies
  
• Assist with tax filings, notices, and documentation requests
  
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting
  
• Support tax projects and other corporate tax needs as they arise
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional experience in sales and use tax
  
• Experience supporting corporate tax and tax compliance
  
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
  
• Ability to research and resolve tax-related issues independently
  
• Strong Excel and systems skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  

Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
