About the Role:

The Van Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other destinations. You will maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensure patient safety, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a critical role that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other destinations

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all patients during transportation

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Monitor weather conditions and adjust transportation routes accordingly

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation

• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, patient information, and any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift, push, or pull patients as needed

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
