MOVE FORWARD WITH US What you will be doing: Responsible for evaluating the credit risk for all customers, the establishment of credit conditions, the analysis of the overall exposure, Responsible for managing all orders on hold, customer accounts reaching or exceeding their credit limit, and performing all debt collection activities required. Responsible for coordinating reactive and proactive credit control. Identify the root cause of issues negatively impacting the debt collection process. Responsible for escalating any issue and executing strategies to recover any unpaid amount. Performs administrative and analytical assignments. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (Required) 0-3 years of experience in credit & collections, accounting, or a related field (Required) Must have a customer service focus that builds and enhances positive relationships within the organization and with external parties. Ability to deal with conflict effectively and be able to challenge the business when necessary. Understands basic accounting and mathematical concepts and is able to perform related analyses, including financial statement analysis.
