What You'll Do

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members interact with and play an important role in delivering an exceptional banking experience. In this role, you'll:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
• Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer
• Follow security procedures and operational policies
• Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and committed to creating positive experiences for every member. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency are important, along with the ability to perform basic math accurately and confidently handle financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is preferred
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and cash
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

This is a Monday-Friday position with hours from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, along with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Employees enjoy holidays off, providing a consistent schedule and a great work-life balance.
