Pay & Benefits The pay range for LPNs is $30.00–$32.60 per hour depending on experience and education. The pay range for RNs is $40.00–$43.80 per hour depending on experience and education. Sign‑on bonus of $3,000. Schedule Full time: Tuesday‑Saturday 7 am–3 pm with flexibility. Location Rutland, MA. Job Responsibilities Perform admission assessments and evaluate each individual's health status and medical history. Collect, document, and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications as prescribed. Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans. Oversee assigned caseload of residents in group homes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, external agencies, and guardians. Communicate effectively with treatment team members, including psychiatrists. Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current RN license issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing. Preferred: experience working with children and adolescents. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation in Rutland, MA.
