Description The Fairfield Inn and Suites Stony Creek, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out. Responsibilities - Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift
- Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
- Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
- Dedicated to finding solutions that work
- Responsive to our partners, our team members, and our guests

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
