Description
Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that drive real business impact? We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Developer to join our dynamic international team. If you bring hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics or data science, along with strong consultancy skills and the ambition to grow, you could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities
- Data Solutions Development: Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions (BI, advanced analytics, or machine learning).
- Consulting & Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and clients to translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Storytelling with Data: Deliver insights through compelling storytelling, visualizations, and presentations that enable better business decisions.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across diverse sources.
- Innovation & Curiosity: Explore and adopt new methods, tools, and best practices in BI, analytics, and data science.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in BI / Analytics / Data Science (Power BI, SQL, Python/R, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau , MicroStrategy , QlikSense .
- Hands -on experience with data integration tools such as ODI, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory .
- Consultancy skills : ability to engage with clients , understand needs , and communicate effectively .
- Excellent professional English skills ( spoken & written ); additional languages are a plus.
- International experience or ability to work in a global context.
- A team-player attitude , strong soft skills , and a curiosity for continuous learning and innovation .
