PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages Draft and review legal documents and demand packages Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in California 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required BENEFITS & PERKS We believe great people deserve great support.
