Staffing Recruiter – Adecco US, Inc. – Santa Clara, CA. Pay: $49.00/hr – $52.00/hr. Responsibilities Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize, leverage, and develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes). Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, recruitment). Develop and utilize the global employment brand. Utilize and maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process. Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. Utilize the recruitment budget within given targets. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree – Required. Years of experience – 4 to 7 years. Technical Skills – Basic understanding of engineering functions/disciplines. Desired: Recruiter for engineering roles, Semiconductor experience, Work with tech organizations. Computer Skills – Applicant Tracking System experience. Desired: Data analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau. Soft Skills – Customer centric, Negotiation, Coaching, Strong written & verbal communication.
