If you’re excited to work on hard problems, move with urgency, raise the bar every day, and help build agentic systems that transform how the world works, Eightfold is the place to do it.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for a key high-growth line of businessListen to our customers to internalize and understand their talent challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needsBuild and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinkingPartner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and salesConduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the marketUnderstand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the productsAct as the general manager of the product line and drive top line for the business in a capital efficient fashion by partnering with marketing and salesClosely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordinglyDevelop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoptionQualifications10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant fieldA passion for Eightfold's mission: The right career for everyone in the world.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the enterprise SaaS productsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalTrack record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives with experience doing so throughout all stages of the product life cycleExceptional ability to build and develop high-performing teamsDeep passion for understanding customer and market feedbackAn aptitude for rapid learningWe are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.
