Responsibilities include:Leading all maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliabilityChampioning a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and standardsProviding hands-on support with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activitiesWorking alongside maintenance technicians to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtimeManaging preventive and predictive maintenance programsReducing unplanned downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesImproving reliability metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)Leading troubleshooting efforts involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsManaging maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and spare parts inventoryDeveloping, coaching, and training maintenance techniciansPromoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the departmentManaging maintenance budgets, contractors, and vendor relationshipsPartnering with Production, Quality, Design, and Safety teams to support operational goalsMaintaining accurate CMMS records and equipment historyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsProven success improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance metricsExperience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesExperience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and work order managementStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility and willingness to remain actively involved in day-to-day maintenance operationsCorrugated manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredBuild a Career with L&M At L&M Corrugated, we believe great maintenance leaders lead from the floor, not just from an office.
