The role requires a strong understanding of patient management within a congestive heart failure unit. Candidates must possess a valid Registered Nurse license and current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). This is a hands-on role that involves direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility in handling various patient needs and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective patient and family interactions.
