Hear more about MGT's culture in the words of our employees.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Serve as a primary technical contact for customers in physical security solutions.Assess customer business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solution recommendations.Design solutions across video surveillance, access control, physical security platforms, security integration, and deployment planning.Develop accurate bills of materials, statements of work, solution diagrams, assumptions, and technical proposal content.Present technical recommendations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops to customer stakeholders.Collaborate with Account Managers, specialized architects, manufacturers, distributors, Engineering, and Services teams.Validate compatibility, scope, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations before customer commitment.Maintain current manufacturer training, certifications, product knowledge, and awareness of technology trends.Support opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and technical responses to RFPs and RFQs.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:Familiarity with manufacturer tools, equipment, and processes.Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies while staying current with industry trends.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills.Strong time management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED.One (1) or more years of Physical Security Solution experience.Manufacturer certifications required, with a commitment to ongoing manufacturer training and product knowledge development.WHAT WE OFFER:Our world-class work environment encompasses flexible and remote work options, a commitment to equity, and nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
