Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active New Mexico physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Current clinical experience treating adults with mobility, balance, and functional deficits preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with restorative programs and documentation in long-term care settings preferred.
Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and equipment commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
Candidate may be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
