Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT License and OT Certification required
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged children
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify needs and develop goals in the areas of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living
• Deliver direct and indirect services as prescribed in students’ IEPs
• Consult with teachers to modify activities and classroom environments for diverse learners
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Educate families on strategies for supporting skill development at home
