The company offers a Pathway to Ownership by providing a full time permanent employment with competitive compensation, profit sharing, generous benefits, mentoring, in-house business loan program and more.Outpatient Clinics in the following locations: Athens Conyers Decatur Duluth Kennesaw Lawrenceville Marietta McDonough Snellville Stockbridge Stone Mountain Adult Patient Population 36 Hours a Week with schedule flexibility (Clinic Operation Hours: 7:00AM – 7:00PM Mon-Fri) Relocation Assistance Open to Newly-licensed PTsResponsibilities:Provide excellent health care for patientsEvaluate new patients and develop plans of careTreat patients and set measurable, functional goalsEducate patients on treatment options and home exercisesSupervise aides and monitor patient progressAddress pain management as a crucial component of careDetermine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategiesWrite timely and accurate documentationAchieve a reasonable level of productivityParticipate in research studies and help develop protocolsGive input on policies, procedures, and strategyHandle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionallyContinuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniquesRequirements:Physical Therapist License in the state of GeorgiaMaster's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
