Guns N’ Hoses Roofing & Siding is seeking motivated, driven, and customer-focused Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As one of the area's trusted roofing and exterior restoration companies, we specialize in residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, siding, gutters, and exterior services. Our company has built a reputation for quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and professional service throughout Flint and surrounding communities. 

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to build a rewarding career in the roofing industry.

Position Summary

The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, conducting property inspections, educating homeowners on roofing solutions, and guiding customers through the sales and project process from initial consultation through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated leads. 
• Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections. 
• Identify storm damage and roofing-related issues. 
• Educate property owners on roofing systems, repair options, and replacement solutions. 
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals. 
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships. 
• Assist customers throughout the insurance claims process when applicable. 
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects. 
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. 
• Represent the company professionally within the community. 

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required. 
• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset. 
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (training available). 
• Ability to use smartphones, tablets, and CRM software. 

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based Pay
