D&T Job Code: DISINVO101 Reports To: Inventory Leader Department Name/Number: Inventory Control / 1665204503 Next Level Approval: Sr. Manager D&T Updated: October 15th, 2025 Shift: Monday- Friday Pay: The Virginia base pay rate for this position is $20.50 per hour. Salary will be based on prior experience related to the skills required for this position. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate cycle count coverage to all inventory bin locations. We are seeking a Self-Motivated individual to help maintain inventory accuracy in our warehouses and manufacturing back flush locations. This person will be responsible for cycle counting locations at all of Winchester Plant (1204) facilities including back flush locations. Responsibilities: Utilize PKMS operating systems to Maintain Location Coverage Percentages, detailing the cycle count coverage to date in order to ensure all inventory bin locations subject to cycle count are counted at least twice per year. Participates in other inventory management duties as required. Maintains effective communication with the Operations Lead, team members and others. Able to research product movements using current operating systems. Participates in removing/managing E & O inventory. Assists in Managing/storing of Haz Com materials. Willing to work at any 1204 warehouse. Other job duties as assigned Climate: Maintains a high level of enthusiasm and leadership in continuous improvement of inventory accuracy with associates at all levels of the business. The associate must be a team player able to work closely with all associates in the attainment of critical business objectives. Must provide support in a continuous operation environment. Requirements: High School diploma or GED required Must be willing to become Haz/Com certified. Experienced in Microsoft office programs. Must be willing to become a PIV operator.
