Mail Services Associate
Job Description Summary: Work in Mail Services to process mail and packages for Villanova University students, faculty, and staff. Learn and understand Mail Services policies and procedures. Work with package tracking hardware/software to process mail and packages in accordance with Mail Services procedures. Assist at customer service window. Learn and understand package locker reservation systems.
Requirements: Only applications that include a detailed work schedule availability will be considered for employment. Upon a recommendation for hire, I-9 documentation is required as part of the HR onboarding process. A list of acceptable documents can be found online. Please note that electronic copies are not acceptable; original, physical documents are required.
Physical Demands Summary: Ability to lift and transport 30 lbs. Position requires repetitive motion, and lifting.
Wage Rate: 10.00
