Manufacturing Technician

Our client, aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and a willingness to learn new skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Boise, Idaho Pay Range: $18 - $24 DOE What's the Job? Operate and support precision manufacturing equipment used to produce aerospace components Perform basic equipment setup, material handling, and monitoring of production runs Complete in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met Perform assembly and finishing tasks per work instructions and production needs Accurately complete production documentation and maintain an organized work area What's Needed? Assembly or manufacturing experience (1–3 years preferred) Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Comfort working in a structured manufacturing environment around industrial equipment Strong attention to detail and consistent focus on quality Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints What's in it for me?
