Job Details: Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse Location: Morgantown, WV Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1808.94 - 1899.39 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 1.5-2 years of experience in telemetry and stepdown; must be able to read strips; certs required: BCLS, ACLS Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to stepdown and telemetry patients in a hospital setting. Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry strips accurately. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
