Job Details:

Title: Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist / CHT

Location: Grants Pass, OR | Travel to Medford as needed

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Schedule: 4 days × 10 hours or 5 days × 8 hours

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and credentials

Perks: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Requirements

• Oregon OT license or eligibility for licensure
• Hand therapy experience preferred
• Experience with splinting/orthosis and hand therapy protocols preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Newer therapists may be considered with training available
  

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat upper-extremity and hand conditions
• Fabricate and fit custom and prefabricated orthoses
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
• Develop treatment plans and document patient progress
