The Role
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across three hospitals while being primarily based at one home location.
- Build and coach high-performing teams; lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and timely reviews.
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and workforce administration to meet service and financial goals.
- Drive operational excellence: streamline workflows, uphold SOPs, and ensure a consistent, high-quality client and patient experience.
- Manage P&L levers, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory controls; ensure accurate billing and charge capture.
- Maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and facility upkeep; oversee invoice accuracy and local accounting processes.
- Partner closely with medical leadership to support patient care standards and effective client communication.
- Address escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy; promote a culture of accountability and service.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of practice or multi-site office management experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and KPI management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software; strong written and verbal communication.
- Organized, adaptable, and resourceful with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working around animals and in a clinical environment; ability to meet physical demands (standing/walking; lifting up to 50 lbs as needed).
- Flexibility for occasional early/late hours and limited weekend/holiday coverage based on business needs.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current license to practice in Arkansas, as applicable to role responsibilities, or ability to obtain promptly.
