Helps train or mentor less experienced employees. Works under general direction.**Location Address**: 901 S Rohlwing Rd Ste G, Addison, IL 60101**Key Responsibilities:*** Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.* Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues or defects.* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements and timelines.* Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.* Carry out installations and repairs of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.* Cut, thread, and bend pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.* Clean up job sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.* Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.* Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.* Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.* Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.* Mentor and provide guidance to junior plumbers and helpers.* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.* Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.**Requirements:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Necessary license as required.* Proven experience as a Plumber with 6+ years of work experience in the industry.* Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.* Expertise in interpreting and analyzing complex blueprints and technical drawings.* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and advanced plumbing techniques.* Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.* Ability to lead and manage plumbing teams effectively.* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.* Valid driver's license.**What Do We Offer You as a Service Experts Employee?**Service Experts offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and their families in managing their health and wellness needs.
