What you´ll do Experience within a LEAN manufacturing site utilizing computer skills, excel, PowerPoint. Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), batch sheets, and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency. Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation. Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
