WRA is currently looking for motivated civil engineering students to join our Transportation - Bridge team in our Baltimore office. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience working alongside our experienced bridge engineering team on a variety of transportation projects. Responsibilities Assist engineers with the design and analysis of highway and transit-related bridges and structures. Support project teams with preparing plans, reports, and calculations. Perform fieldwork including bridge inspections and data collection, as needed. Conduct research and apply engineering principles to solve real-world design challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a professional engineering environment. Requirements Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Strong interest in bridge and transportation engineering. Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to engineering software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, or structural analysis programs) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
